Responsibilities

• Handle Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Healthcare and Professional Liability cases
• Possess excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Conduct research and manage assignments with minimal supervision
• Participate in trial appearances, hearings, and depositions

Skills

• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to in the State of California
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
• Candidates must have proven skills in research
• Candidates must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience is preferred, but not required
