National Insurance Services is seeking an Account Representative for a hybrid position focusing on client service and retention. The role involves cross-selling and servicing accounts within western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota, acting as the primary contact for groups and collaborating with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for cross-selling existing accounts and servicing existing accounts within the designated western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota geographic territory
- You will serve as the primary contact for groups and work with the Account Rep Manager, Sales Representative(s), Underwriting, and other Company resources to resolve outstanding issues
- Must be able to work within a team environment, which includes but is not limited to the Insured Product Vice President, other regional Sales and Service personnel, and internal departments within National Insurance Services
- Requires traveling up to 70% of the time, including overnight stays, and will, therefore, at times involve non-traditional hours
