CGP: REMOTE Senior Accounting Consultant with Acumatica experience

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $55.00 per hour.Job Responsibilities:
• Support cost accounting activities, including analysis of production costs and related reporting.
• Assist with reviewing and maintaining bills of materials and other manufacturing-related financial data.
• Prepare monthly accounting entries and reconciliations to support accurate financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational impacts on financial results.
• Participate in periodic on-site company meetings and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Ability to work remotely while operating effectively within the Pacific Time Zone.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting concepts and their application in day-to-day work.
• Comfort working within environments that use ERP systems and evolving financial tools.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to updated processes as needed.
• Interest in taking on increasing responsibilities and supporting organizational growth.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cost accounting or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in engineering, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with BOM structures and manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with leadership teams.
• Motivation to progress toward future leadership roles.
