As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and provide solutions
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for customers

  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
