We’re looking for a Capital & Investment Officer to lead and execute our fundraising efforts.

This is a performance-driven role for someone who knows how to run a funding pipeline and close capital — not just make introductions.

The Opportunity

    We already have:
  • Active product and execution
  • A defined funding strategy
  • A structured investor pipeline in HubSpot

What we need is someone who can:

    Drive investor conversations and convert them into committed capitalWhat You’ll Do
  • Own and execute the fundraising pipeline end-to-end
  • Build and manage investor relationships (angels, funds, strategic partners)
  • Lead investor calls, pitches, and follow-ups
  • Move opportunities from intro → diligence → term sheet
  • Work directly with leadership on deal structure and positioning
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and momentum inside HubSpot
    What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience raising capital or supporting a raise
  • Ability to drive conversations to close, not just source intros
  • Existing network of investors (angels, VCs, or strategic capital)
  • Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, early-stage environment
    Strong plus:
  • Former founder or early-stage operator
  • Experience in SaaS, proptech, legaltech, or adjacent industries
    Not a Fit If You
  • Focus on advisory or consulting only
  • Primarily provide introductions without execution
  • Prefer structured corporate environments
  • Are looking for salary-first roles
    Compensation
  • Success-based commission tied to capital raised
  • Equity participation (based on contribution and performance)
  • Opportunity to evolve into a long-term leadership role

What Success Looks Like

    In the first 60–90 days:
  • Active investor pipeline with consistent engagement
  • Multiple qualified investor conversations underway
  • Clear progression toward committed capital
