Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to meet annual talent acquisition goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, placement officers, and student groups
- Plan and manage campus events, career fairs, internship drives, and engagement initiatives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define hiring criteria
- Manage internship programs, onboarding processes, and early-career talent engagement
- Track hiring metrics, prepare recruitment reports, and ensure data accuracy in ATS systems
- Promote employer branding through campus activities and social media engagement
