Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from interested homeowners
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and re-engage prospects
• Qualify potential customers based on project needs
• Schedule in-home appointments for outside sales representatives
• Accurately input and manage customer information in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience on every call

Skills

• Previous experience in inside sales, a call center, or appointment setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
