Advia Credit Union is a fast-growing Credit Union serving almost 200,000 members with assets over $3 Billion. The Call Center Specialist will provide outstanding service and support to members, answering questions, servicing accounts, and recommending products to meet their financial needs.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and support to our members and your fellow Advians
  • Answer member’s questions, service their accounts, and recommend products and services that will best fit their financial needs
  • Receive incoming calls and offer solutions whether that be a product, service or resource that the caller requires (or could benefit from) while creating an exceptional experience

Skills

  • A willingness to learn and desire to be coached
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to ask questions for clarification
  • Patience
  • A team centered mentality
  • A passion for helping people
  • Customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach this too!
  • Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency
