AT&T is a global leader in communications and technology, seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to enhance customer service and drive satisfaction. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, identify upselling opportunities, and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets
- Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
- Explain bills and product features clearly
- Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
- Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
- Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
Skills
- Ability to report to the location at 15901 E Skelly Drive, Tulsa, OK 74116
- Experience in handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commissions targets

- Commissioned sales experience highly preferred
