Bridge Logistics Inc. is a third-party logistics company in Cincinnati, OH, seeking a Logistics Advisor to build and grow a national book of business in the transportation industry. The role focuses on new business sales, requiring strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills to connect with decision-makers and offer freight solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and WIN new business nationwide (no territory limits)
- Cold call on the phone and build relationships using the Sandler Sales Method
- Connect with decision-makers across industries, both blue and white collar
- Identify operational pain points and offer freight + transportation solutions
- Creatively solve logistical problems with your team
- Sell on VALUE — not price
- Build a book of business that becomes your long-term income engine
- Be accountable for sales targets, retention and growth within your book of business
Skills
- Self-motivation and strong work ethic
- Vigor in how you operate with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Sharp negotiation skills, ability to handle conflict and strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate well with internal and external teams
- An understanding that success is built over time, not overnight, with a passion for the process
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new industry specific technologies
- Phone sales experience strongly preferred, but not required
