About the Role


Redpin is looking for a Business Recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to identify and engage exceptional non-technical talent. You'll own full-cycle recruitment across Go-to-Market, Operations, Finance, and other business functions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver efficiently and without hand-holding.


This is a hands-on role - you'll be deep in sourcing, running your own processes, managing stakeholders with confidence, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are as a company.


 


What You'll Do


Full-Cycle Business Recruitment



  • Own end-to-end hiring across commercial, operations, finance, legal, and people functions

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on timelines, and move decisively

  • Run structured interviews that evaluate both role fit and cultural alignment


Sourcing & Pipeline Building



  • Source proactively across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks

  • Build and maintain warm pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs

  • Go beyond the active applicant pool - identify passive talent before the role is urgent


Candidate Experience



  • Guide candidates through every stage with clear, timely, honest communication

  • Represent Redpin's culture and mission authentically throughout the process


Stakeholder Partnership



  • Keep hiring managers informed with regular updates, market data, and honest calibration

  • Contribute to improving interview processes and evaluator consistency


Data & Process



  • Track core metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire) and flag issues early

  • Suggest process improvements based on what you're seeing in the market




What You'll Need



  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience in a startup or high-growth environment, focused on business roles

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions without heavy oversight

  • Strong sourcing skills - you don't rely on inbounds

  • Confident stakeholder manager - you push back, set expectations, and keep the process moving

  • Clear, direct communicator with candidates and stakeholders alike

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and building process where little exists




Nice to Have



  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS

  • Exposure to multi-geography or international hiring

  • Familiarity with DEI hiring practices

  • Any formal recruitment certification
