- Key Responsibilities
- Implement established marketing and operational systems
- Engage with and qualify professional candidates via phone and/or video conversations
- Support and guide individuals through structured onboarding and development processes
- Participate in ongoing training, collaboration, and strategy sessions
- Operate independently while working within a proven framework and support structure
- About You
- 7+ years of professional experience (EA, HR, Operations, Office Management, Project Coordination, or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Interested in professional growth, leadership, and long-term career development
- Able to commit a minimum of 15–20 hours per week
