They are seeking a Business Development Representative I to support pipeline generation and transition into a full-time role, providing critical support during high-volume campaigns and contributing to strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide temporary coverage during leaves, open roles, or high-volume campaigns across the BDR organization
- Rotate across teams to support organizational capacity needs as directed by BDR Managers
- Contribute booked meetings toward the BDR organization’s overall quota
- Participate in special projects and experiments (e.g., testing new tools, refining workflows, or developing use cases) to improve scalability and efficiency
- Shadow experienced BDRs during calls, campaigns, and pipeline reviews to build a strong understanding of inbound demand generation
Skills
- Early in career, motivated to grow within a technology sales environment
- Highly coachable, curious, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to support multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an emphasis on teamwork and adaptability
- Recent college graduate or equivalent internship/work experience
