Mews is a rapidly growing company in the modern hospitality sector, looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team during a period of hypergrowth. The role involves outbound pipeline generation and engaging with decision-makers in the hospitality industry to create sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline generation across your territory
• Prospect via phone, email, and social to engage decision-makers
• Qualify and convert prospects into high-quality sales opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives to drive new logo acquisition

Skills

• Proven success (or strong potential) in outbound sales or business development
• High intensity, high ownership mindset — you treat your territory like your business
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to create urgency with prospects
• Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings
• Clear ambition to progress into an Account Executive role
