Responsibilities

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations, explaining complex concepts
• Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with management

• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in economics, political science, math, accounting, statistics, or other related field, or a juris doctorate with coursework in tax and/or employment law
• Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
• Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills
• Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and effectively communicate findings
