Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound leads in a quick timely manner
- Incorporating value-based selling in conversations to drive both customer and business objectives
- Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and recommending customized solutions
- Prospecting new accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Managing the full cycle sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Building and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Maintaining pipeline and log activity appropriately in Salesforce
