<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.</li>
<li>Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.</li>
<li>Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.</li>
<li>Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.</li>
<li>Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.</li>
<li>Participate in case reviews and contribute to program development initiatives.</li>

<li>Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.</li>
<li>Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.</li>
