Position Overview

The Investigation Group at arenaflex serves as the analytical backbone for our business development and account management teams. We are responsible for delivering account-level insights that drive revenue growth, optimize customer relationships, and inform strategic business decisions. As a Business Analytics & Sales Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting account managers with comprehensive data analysis, meaningful insights, and data-driven recommendations that directly contribute to our organization's success.

• Data Collection and Integration: Gather and consolidate data from various internal and external sources, including account managers, CRM systems (Salesforce), and proprietary databases. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and completeness across multiple platforms.


• Data Verification and Quality Control: Research and validate third-party data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Implement data cleaning procedures and transform raw data into analysis-ready formats that support business objectives.


• CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records. You will serve as a power user of our CRM systems, ensuring data consistency and usability for the entire sales team.


• Account Manager Support: Collaborate closely with account managers to address inquiries, fulfill data requests, and provide analytical support for client meetings and presentations. Your insights will help account managers make informed decisions and strengthen client relationships.


• Ad Hoc Analysis and Research: Respond to special projects and research requests from various stakeholders. You will tackle unique challenges that require creative problem-solving and the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources.
