Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: From sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the needs of the U.S. market.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards to manage and optimize selection processes.
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluations to identify top talent.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific profiles and requirements.
  • Stay updated on U.S. labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Education: Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for U.S.-based positions.
  • Language Proficiency: English Level B2–C1 (Mandatory). You will communicate daily with English-speaking managers and candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
  • Core Competencies: Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Profile: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
