Globe Life AO is seeking a Benefits Representative to assist clients with supplemental insurance coverage through scheduled virtual meetings. This role involves providing information, answering questions, and helping clients select appropriate benefit options.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled phone or video meetings with clients
• Explain supplemental life and health insurance products
• Assist clients with applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines

Compensation:

• Commission-based position
• Average earnings range from $45,000–$65,000 CAD annually (based on performance)
• Weekly pay with additional performance-based incentives

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the U.S.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based role
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection
• Willingness to obtain required insurance license (training support provided)
