Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador for some of the world's most recognized brands. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound communications in both French and English. You'll be the voice of our clients' brands, resolving inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our customer service team, you will:


  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, responding promptly and professionally in the customer's preferred language (French or English)

  • Provide technical support to assist customers with basic troubleshooting for products including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and related technology

  • Navigate multiple systems and databases to document customer interactions, track issues, retrieve information, and update records accurately

  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our clients' offerings, with particular familiarity in iOS, MacOS, or comparable technologies
