B2B Appointment Setter (Commission + Bonus) – QA / Test Automation (Tosca) & Performance Testing - Contract to Hire

We’re a QA consulting business specializing in Tricentis Tosca test automation, performance testing, and Test Lead / QA leadership support for enterprise projects (ERP/HR/Finance platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, and integration-heavy environments).

We’re looking for a B2B Appointment Setter / SDR to generate and book qualified meetings with decision-makers (QA Manager, Test Lead, Director of QA, IT Apps/Delivery Leads).

What you’ll do

Cold call and follow up with targeted B2B leads (US-focused)

Run a short qualification conversation (pain, project timing, decision process)

Book meetings on our calendar with qualified prospects

Track activity and outcomes in a simple CRM / spreadsheet

Coordinate quick handoffs (notes, context, what was promised)

Ideal experience

Proven B2B appointment setting / SDR experience (cold calling + follow-up)

Strong phone presence + confident, professional English

Comfortable speaking with technical/IT stakeholders

Bonus: experience selling IT services / consulting / QA / testing / automation / SaaS

What success looks like

Consistent flow of qualified meetings held with our ICP (not just “booked”)

Great notes and clean handoff so we can close deals

Continuous improvement of messaging based on results

Qualification criteria (a meeting counts as “qualified” if)

Prospect matches our ICP (QA/IT decision maker in a company running enterprise systems)

They confirm an active initiative (release, automation, regression bottleneck, performance risk, test leadership gap)

They have timeline within ~6 months and willingness to evaluate support

Compensation

We’re open to:

Pay per qualified meeting held (preferred), plus a bonus per closed deal

OR

Hourly + performance bonus
