Design and implement Azure cloud solutions for clients, taking into consideration their specific needs and requirements.
Lead and manage a team of system engineers in the Azure cloud practice, providing guidance and support in project delivery.
Monitor and maintain the performance of existing Azure cloud solutions, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud technology, and apply them to improve and optimize our solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into technical requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of Azure cloud technology, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Conduct regular trainings and knowledge sharing sessions for the team to enhance their skills and expertise in Azure cloud.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards in all Azure cloud solutions.
