</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases from initial claim to resolution.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.</li>
<li>Attend hearings, and depositions to advocate for clients effectively.</li>
<li>Analyze case facts and develop strategic defense plans tailored to each case.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management.</li>
<li>Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Active California State Bar license in good standing.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense or related fields.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.</li>
<li>Team-oriented mindset with a passion for client advocacy.</li>
