Associate, Systems Management

Broadridge is a company that empowers others to accomplish more. They are seeking an Associate in Systems Management to support the design and maintenance of enterprise systems, prepare test data, analyze results, troubleshoot problems, and provide user support.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and maintenance of enterprise systems by preparing test data, analyzing results, troubleshooting problems and communicating issues back to development
• Develop, monitor and maintain procedures and service level needs while providing user support
• Design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks

Skills

• Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
• Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
• Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
