They are seeking an Associate Program Manager to drive large-scale, cross-functional programs within their Podcasts business, collaborating across various teams to ensure effective execution and communication of initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Help set up and run execution frameworks for large, cross-functional programs, including planning cadences, documentation, and communication rhythms
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and marketing to define roadmaps and map dependencies across teams
- Support day-to-day program operations, keeping workstreams aligned and moving forward
- Share clear updates on program progress, risks, and priorities with stakeholders and senior leaders
- Help drive alignment and decision-making across teams, even when priorities differ
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and work with teams to resolve them
- Contribute to planning cycles, goal-setting, and team-wide processes
- Support continuous improvement by capturing learnings and helping teams apply them
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where teams can do their best work
Skills
- You have experience supporting or running cross-functional programs in a product or technology environment
- You are comfortable working with software development teams and collaborating with partners across functions like design, legal, or marketing
- You communicate clearly and can turn complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand messages
- You build strong relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- You stay organized and focused while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You approach challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- You use good judgment to decide when to escalate, when to collaborate, and when to take action
