Editor for Faith-Based Book (300 Pages)

Hello! I am seeking a skilled editor to help prepare a faith-based book and ministry content manuscript (approximately 300 pages) for publication.

This project requires more than just proofreading—it involves careful restructuring and refinement to ensure clarity, flow, and impact. Specifically, I am looking for an editor who can:

• Reorganize and Restructure Content: Read through the manuscript, identify connected ideas, and group them together to strengthen flow and coherence.

• Refine for Readability: Assess the overall flow of the book so it remains clear, engaging, and spiritually compelling from start to finish.

• Remove Redundancies: Eliminate unnecessary repetition while retaining the essence and potency of the message. If a repeated section contains new ideas, keep the valuable content while rewriting or trimming to avoid irritation for the reader.

• Suggest Enhancements: Offer simple, practical suggestions for additional clarity or improvements, with final approval left to the author.

• Formatting & Presentation: Write out Bible verses in full, place quotations in styled “quote boxes,” and ensure the text is arranged for readability and visual appeal.

• Editing & Proofreading: Ensure grammar, punctuation, and sentence flow are polished and professional.
