Mediaocean is a leading platform in the advertising industry that connects media, technology, and data. As a Partner Success Associate, you will manage daily partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance partner satisfaction while supporting onboarding and project management activities.


Responsibilities

  • You’ll assist with onboarding agency and customer teams, guide them as they learn the platform, and help them understand how to get the most out of it
  • Support daily project management activities, including implementation tasks, QA, and reporting needs across Local TV, Radio, National TV, and Digital campaigns
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, capturing detailed notes, and driving follow-ups to ensure progress
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned partners and agency teams to support long-term success and collaboration
  • Create and maintain comprehensive account documentation—such as billing information, technical specs, contacts, and business goals—ensuring accuracy, organization, and visibility across cross-functional teams
  • Participate in strategic discussions and workshops with assigned clients and agency stakeholders
  • Assist with Salesforce maintenance, monthly pacing reviews, and billing processes for your assigned accounts
  • Uphold process workflows and SLAs to ensure consistent and reliable delivery for internal and external teams
  • Support clear, timely communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on expectations

  • A clear and friendly communicator who can build trust and positive relationships with both partners and internal teams
  • Organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
  • Curious and proactive, willing to dive into new technical and business concepts to better support partners and solve problems
  • Comfortable keeping documentation up to date and learning tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Zendesk, and Jira as part of daily workflows
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and learning from a variety of perspectives
  • Ability to support go-to-market efforts, improving processes, and helping drive adoption of new solutions
  • Focused on contributing to meaningful outcomes that create value for partners and the organization
  • Experience with web service tools, such as Postman
