Associate, Digital Data Analyst

AIPAC is a leading organization dedicated to engaging a national base of pro-Israel advocates. The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for measuring and analyzing data streams to support the organization's digital initiatives and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop new complex reports and dashboards using various BI tools currently available at AIPAC
• Identify, recommend, and develop reports and data fields that would advance AIPAC’s digital objectives
• Ability to understand internal business rules and document requirements
• Ability to inform staff on using developed reports
• Identify and adopt AI-powered tools to assist with data cleaning, exploration, and basic analysis
• Translate AI-assisted analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Development/maintenance of upload processes from Excel files to the existing database
• Collaborate with others to provide operational analysis to the business
• Creating one-off reports with any of the dozens of variables saved in the AIPAC data lake
• Working directly with AIPAC’s internal tech teams as well as outside vendors
• Developing a weekly report with stats to be shared with key stakeholders

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst
• Experience using data mining tools like Business Objects or SAS and Salesforce
• Proficient in multiple reporting tools Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Proven track record in delivering analytical reporting/solutions which have impacted institutions
• Excellent communication, written and collaboration skills
