They are seeking a Cross-Channel Operations Associate to support the coordination and execution of enterprise communications across internal digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Support cross-channel preparation and activation of approved communications across internal digital platforms, coordinating with channel owners to ensure timely deployment
  • Maintain centralized oversight of intake, approvals, and milestone tracking, identifying workflow bottlenecks to support alignment and execution
  • Publish and update approved content within digital platforms in accordance with established templates and governance standards
  • Ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, and compliance with brand and accessibility guidelines prior to distribution
  • Update project status and track milestones within internal project management tools
  • Support intake workflows and maintain visibility into publishing timelines across digital channels
  • Assist with coordination of approvals and cross-channel scheduling
  • Maintain organized records of assets, versions, and publishing history
  • Provide overflow execution support during high-volume periods
  • Step in to support critical publishing functions during team capacity gap
  • Support packaging campaigns across multiple channels
  • Assist with readiness and sequencing
  • Provide overflow support during high-volume periods
  • Format and prepare editorial content for digital distribution across email, intranet, and signage
  • Embed images, links, and multimedia assets within templates
  • Make light formatting adjustments to ensure clear presentation
  • Assist in gathering basic engagement metrics across channels
  • Help prepare simple reporting summaries for internal review
  • Support documentation of workflows and publishing standards

Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience in communications, digital publishing, marketing, or related field
  • Exposure to email platforms, content management systems, or digital publishing tools (e.g., Staffbase, Interact Software & Appspace)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to support time‑sensitive or critical communications during extended coverage periods, as needed
  • Basic understanding of digital engagement metrics
  • Familiarity with HTML or formatting tools
