The role involves managing and representing clients in general liability litigation cases, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with senior attorneys for trial preparations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and represent clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 1-6+ years of experience in relevant legal experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
