Responsibilities

Appear on a wide range of default services court appearances including bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction related matters
Frequent client contact
Management of numerous legal matters and assignments including but not limited to settlement negotiations and litigated matters

Skills

Superior public speaking skills
Admission to New York, plus if you're admitted in NJ or PA
Admission to or willingness to waive into corresponding district courts
Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and proficiently
