AP Environmental Science Tutor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable AP Environmental Science Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background subject. As a AP Environmental Science Tutor, you will work with students to enhance their understanding of key concepts, improve their test-taking strategies, and build their confidence in preparation for standardized tests.

Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions focused on test preparation.
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students with different learning abilities, including those with special education needs.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation and motivation.

Requirements
• Strong knowledge in AP Environmental Science.
• Familiarity with AP test preparation strategies and materials for standardized tests.
• A background in special education is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents alike.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
