Who We're Looking For We are looking for a freelance AI Consultant with good exposure to Claude and OpenAI's latest tools. A battle-tested industry practitioner who has actually built and deployed AI solutions in production — not a researcher, not a prompt tinkerer. You bring deep domain expertise first, and hands-on Claude + OpenAI technical depth second. Claude Stack — Must-Have Hands-On Experience Models: Claude Opus 4.6, Sonnet 4.6 — real deployment experience, not just benchmark awareness Claude Code: Agentic workflows, Agent Teams, GitHub Actions, Skills system, Claude Code Security Claude Cowork: Knowledge worker automation, Excel/PowerPoint integration, industry plugin configuration MCP: Building/configuring MCP servers, enterprise connectors (Slack, Drive, Salesforce, Jira), security posture API & SDK: Claude Agent SDK, Files API, Citations API, Prompt Caching, Context Compaction, structured outputs OpenAI Stack — Must-Have Hands-On Experience Models: GPT-5x — knowing when to use reasoning vs standard models Agents SDK: Multi-agent pipelines, handoffs, guardrails, Responses API Knowledge of AgentKit, ChatKit Tool Use: Function calling, parallel tools, web search, code interpreter, file search RAG & Knowledge: Vector Store, retrieval strategies, fine-tuning trade-offs Evals: Automated evaluation frameworks, LLM-as-judge, prompt regression testing You Must Have 15+ years in enterprise technology, consulting, financial services, legal, HR tech, or healthcare Production AI deployments on your track record — not just pilots Ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders and translate AI capability into business outcomes Familiarity with enterprise governance — data privacy, audit requirements, human-in-the-loop design A clear, experience-backed point of view on when to use Claude vs OpenAIRequirements
