Alegeus is a company focused on fintech and healthtech, providing innovative solutions for their partners. As an Admin Solutions Manager, you will support day-to-day operations, manage core admin tasks, and collaborate across teams to enhance system quality and partner experience.
Responsibilities
- Keep daily operations running flawlessly, managing core admin tasks, issue intake, dispute support, and documentation updates that ensure a consistent, high‑quality partner experience
- Bring systems to life by supporting configuration of plan designs, workflows, and user permissions — helping turn business needs into smart, scalable setup within our platforms
- Protect system quality and integrity, monitoring outputs, validating data, performing routine audits, and helping identify issues before they become problems
- Support testing and launches, contributing to UAT, regression testing, and release readiness while documenting results and strengthening process controls
- Collaborate across teams — from Product to Technology to Compliance — to understand requirements, resolve operational challenges, and support new enhancements
- Grow into a subject‑matter expert, learning the ins and outs of Admin Solutions systems, processes, and best practices to strengthen both partner success and your own career path
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, operations, customer support, or systems support role, or relevant internship/co-op experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Curiosity for systems, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Growing analytical, documentation, and operational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑enabled environment
