Range Property Group is a growing company in the investment real estate industry, seeking a motivated Acquisitions Specialist to help drive their continued success. The role involves identifying and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities through lead generation, negotiation, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our built-out CRM system and provided leads to identify potential real estate investments
• Engage property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals to build a strong network of leads
• Negotiate and secure favorable purchase agreements for off-market properties
• Execute effective strategies to acquire properties at competitive prices
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads, ensuring continuous deal flow
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Receive comprehensive real estate training, including potential reimbursement for your real estate license course
• Work closely with the owner of Range Property Group, Stephanie Seibert, to enhance your skills and knowledge
