**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

We're looking for a talented Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and help drive the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method.

• *The Role**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our Agile team in technology, to design and implement new data models and analytics solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

• *Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex data models and analytics solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
