Account Supervisor, Healthcare Communications

Position Summary:

We’re growing and looking for an Account Supervisor (AS), Client Navigation to provide day-to-day management and delivery of account work for our healthcare and pharma clients.

As a digitally forward agency, we’re looking for curious, adaptable team members who are excited to help shape the future of communications. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with emerging AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to uncover insights, identify trends, and help translate complex data into meaningful recommendations and dashboards for clients.

Responsibilities include:

Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases

Providing on-site support to clients when needed and interacts with the client frequently

Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members

Implementing plans, provide thoughtful analysis, create and deliver updates and progress reports, as well as provide support as needed around development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics

Credentials and Experience:

5-6+ years of agency experience a must; training in communications, media or PR necessary

Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial

Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

The annual salary range for this position reflects the current compensation banding for the role. The actual salary offered will depend on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, education and internal equity.
