Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale a growing technology company. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates across engineering, DevOps, and product roles.
This is not a high-volume, keyword-matching recruiting role. We value recruiters who can clearly demonstrate their judgment—how they evaluate real experience, ask the right questions, and represent candidates accurately.

- What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, product, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (not just inbound)
- Conduct structured screenings that go beyond resumes
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain clear communication throughout the process
- Help improve recruiting workflows and candidate evaluation processes
- What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to identify and close high-quality candidates
- Strong judgment in evaluating experience vs. buzzwords
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Self-directed and accountable
