Iress is a leading technology company in the financial services sector, and they are seeking a client-focused Account Manager to enhance client relationships and drive account growth. The role involves managing client interactions, developing account management plans, and ensuring clients fully utilize Iress’ solutions.
Responsibilities
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and understanding their strategy, priorities and challenges
- Developing and executing structured account management plans to drive engagement and growth
- Managing commercial discussions and revenue opportunities, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Driving client retention and identifying opportunities to expand product usage and introduce additional solutions
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client projects, feature requests and issue escalation
- Partnering with internal teams including product support, client delivery and finance to deliver a seamless client experience
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of new product functionality, upgrades and enhancements
- Educating clients on new capabilities and ensuring successful adoption of Iress products
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and opportunities within CRM systems
- Managing revenue related client requests, including billing and licensing updates
Skills
- Experience within the Trading, Market Data, or broader Financial Markets industry, with a strong interest in transitioning into a client facing account management role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop trusted relationships with clients or stakeholders
- Proactive problem solving abilities, being able to identify solutions and supporting positive outcomes for clients or internal teams
- A self motivated and organised approach, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
