Responsibilities
- Developing strong relationships with institutional libraries, consortia partners, and key accounts
- Applying product knowledge, market insight, and competitive understanding to position Cambridge's offerings effectively
- Meeting and exceeding regional sales goals and individual targets
- Staying informed about emerging issues and trends in the library sector
- Collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Production, and operational support teams

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including confidence in presenting
- A strong customer‑first mindset and the ability to build productive, long‑term relationships
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritise effectively, and work under deadline pressure
