The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Account Manager to join TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc. This role involves partnering with the business development team to ensure customer success by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams, managing communication, and overseeing the post-sales process.
Responsibilities
- You will ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and will develop relationships within your assigned territory/account list
- Manage the long-term health of our customer base and identify areas of risk and ensure retention
- Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales reps account lists
- Proactively call key accounts in scheduled areas of professional service traveler visits to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts
Skills
- College Degree preferred
- Must have 1+ years of experience in software sales
- Ability to travel 25% across the US
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
