Responsibilities

• You won't be cold calling strangers
• You'll be following up with warm leads — brokers and team owners who already showed interest in what we do
• Your job is to have real conversations, answer basic questions, and get the right people on a call with our CEO
• You're comfortable picking up the phone and having a real conversation
• You follow up without being reminded
• You can work independently without someone watching over you
• You stay organized when you're juggling multiple leads at once

Skills
