The Account Manager will ensure the team stays on schedule and delivers high-quality creative services, coordinating with clients and production teams, managing budgets, and tracking deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a key execution partner to the senior leaders responsible for political creative strategy and client services
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and timelines; manage internal workflows and track deliverables
  • Coordinate with client and production teams to organize video shoots, staff video shoots as needed, and work closely with the production team to move videos/ads through the editing and approval process with the client
  • Managing budgets, invoices, and work with the finance team and client teams to ensure on-time payments both from clients and to buyers and vendors
  • Work directly with clients to schedule meetings, prepare briefings, summaries, and send follow-up communications
  • Execute and update media plans related to client projects, including communicating progress, flagging any issues early, and keeping clients informed
  • Track and monitor TV and digital metrics and budgets
  • Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, balancing urgent requests with longer-term projects
  • Support intake, triage, and prioritization of account requests to ensure focus on the highest-impact work, and support leadership time management, scheduling, and prioritization as needed

Skills

  • At least 1 cycle of political campaign experience
  • Experience in political campaigns, comfort with campaign budgets and the fast-paced nature of the campaign cycle
  • Working knowledge of campaign strategy and campaign budgeting/cash flow, and comfort with paid media budgets
  • High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proofreading and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid quantitative skills
  • Ability to work extended hours (including nights and weekends) during peak periods
