Ibotta is a leading performance marketing platform seeking an Account Coordinator to join their innovative team. The role involves supporting the execution of digital promotions campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery, and collaborating with various teams to maintain campaign accuracy and client communication.


Responsibilities

  • Support accurate campaign setup, monitor day-to-day performance, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes for brand partners
  • Support setup of renewals, pauses and in-flight optimizations based on templates or established best practices, ensuring all necessary details are collected from brand partners to ensure on-time and accurate launches
  • Analyze campaign metrics to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and make recommendations to brand partners that drive results
  • Communicate directly with brand partners to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and consult on ad hoc questions
  • Help prepare performance summaries for brand partners, update internal and external trackers, and document campaign optimization decisions
  • Internal coordination with our Business Operations, Marketing, and Creative teams to build all in-app content and Advertising Products
  • Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client-facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses, and helping drive incremental revenue
  • Provide support in new hire training, process improvements and other projects on an as-needed basis

Skills

  • 1+ yrs relevant internship or professional experience
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ yrs client-facing experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus
