Account Manager | Global Clinical Supply Chain
Flexible location | Partial worldwide travel
Markets: MENA, EU, LATAM, Africa

We are looking for an Account Manager who wants ownership, visibility, and growth — not just account maintenance.

In this role, you will own key client relationships across multiple regions and act as a trusted partner for sponsors running complex clinical programs. Your impact will be visible commercially, operationally, and strategically.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own strategic account planning for a portfolio of global clients

  • Build deep understanding of clients’ clinical pipelines, regions, and future needs

  • Develop and execute account development plans focused on long-term growth and partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize and scale their clinical supply chain

  • Identify opportunities to expand services across regions, trials, and lifecycle stages

  • Translate client strategy into clear internal action plans for Operations, QA, PM, and Finance

  • Anticipate risks, regulatory challenges, and capacity needs before they become issues

  • Lead regular account reviews, forecasts, and growth discussions with clients

  • Support onboarding of new studies, regions, and services as clients expand

  • Travel internationally when it supports relationship-building and account development



Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience owning client accounts, projects, or complex stakeholder relationships

  • Solid understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chains

  • Ability to think in terms of value, growth, and long-term partnerships

  • Confidence discussing commercials, forecasts, and business impact with clients

  • Strong communication skills across regions, cultures, and seniority levels

  • Comfort working in international environments with multiple time zones

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus)

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
