Position Overview: Resolution Coordinator, Contact Center Operations
We are currently seeking professional, motivated, and customer-driven individuals who are passionate about providing top-tier customer care. As a Resolution Coordinator, you will handle a high volume of incoming contacts including calls, chats, and emails from customers, retail locations, and business partners while navigating multiple systems to support answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Handling High-Volume Customer Interactions - Manage a significant volume of incoming calls, chat conversations, and email correspondences from customers, retail locations, and business partners with patience and professionalism
- Issue Resolution - Navigate multiple internal systems to access customer information, track orders, process requests, and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effective Communication - Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while using all appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain arenaflex's positive reputation
- Information Accuracy - Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management systems to maintain comprehensive records for future reference
- Product and Service Knowledge - Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Problem-Solving - Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively and efficiently

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Typing Speed - Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with accuracy
- Technical Proficiency - Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Word
- Education - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Training Completion - Successful completion of mandatory training program
- Customer Service Experience - Prior customer service experience is required
- Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
