**Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Medical Assistant in our Customer Navigation Center, you will be responsible for:
• Serving as a liaison between providers, facilities, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Receiving, triaging, and responding to inbound requests via phone calls and electronic messages in a timely and professional manner.
