We are excited to announce an immediate opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as a Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst (Team Lead) within our Medicare and Medicaid grievance department. The Grievance team at arenaflex Healthcare plays a critical role in managing Medicare and Medicaid grievances that are presented by our members or their authorized representatives. These grievances pertain to the authorization of or delivery of both clinical and non-clinical services. Our team works collaboratively with divisions within and outside the organization to resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner, ensuring that every member receives the care and attention they deserve.
As the Grievance Team Leader, you will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of the grievance team. You will provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to your team members for the purpose of achieving key results and maintaining our high standards of service quality.
