Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative I to join our dynamic team. This position offers flexibility with options for hybrid work (reporting to our Doral, FL office location for Miami-Dade and Broward County residents) or fully remote work for candidates outside of the South Florida area.

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for processing customer transactions, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining our customer service applications.
